Continental Breakfast

A Continental Breakfast is served daily in the shared Common Area where our guests can mingle.

Guests can help themselves to a lovely breakfast consisting of fresh fruits, such as banana and papaya from the local market along with bread for toasting served with condiments of butter, jam and homemade lemon curd.

Our guests always welcome the bottomless cups of percolated coffee and tea!

Breakfast menu items can vary on a daily basis, as they are dependent upon the availability, freshness and quality from the local markets.

A local breakfast dish is also served to our guests so they can enjoy the local dishes of Samoa.

Some of these dishes include:

• Soursop - Soursop (Sasalapa), Sago, Coconut Cream & Lemon Leaves - no sugar
• Koko Rice - Local Koko (Cocoa), Rice, Coconut Cream, Lemon Leaves & Sugar
• Banana Suafai - Banana, Sago, Coconut Cream & Lemon Leaves - no sugar
• Supoesi - Papaya, Sago, Coconut Cream & Lemon Leaves - no sugar
• Porridge - Rolled Oats
• Panikeke - Pancakes
