Booking Policy

 I. Overview

Olivias Accommodation Booking policy is to make sure our guests have the most user friendly and enjoyable experience possible

 II. Bookings

Bookings are Essential: A minimum of 24 hours prior notice of your booking check-in date is required

Booking Confirmations: Booking confirmations must be replied to when received. If we do not receive your confirmation, your booking will be cancelled

No Shows: No shows will be treated as a cancellation

Children's Information: Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian

 III. Check-in

Check-in: Check-in time is between 1pm and 5pm

Arrival Time: Please inform Olivias Accommodation of your expected arrival time in advance

Late Check-ins: Should your arrival fall outside the normal check-in hours, please contact Olivias Accommodation to organise a late check-in time prior to your arrival

Identification: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in

 IV. Check-out

Check-out: Check-out time is between 10am and 11am

Prompt Check-out: Guests must ensure they check out on time or will be charged for another nights stay

 V. Payment

Acceptable Payment Methods: We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Cash

Payment Currency: Please note that you must pay in the local currency, Tala

Payment Prior to Check-in: All Bookings are required to be fully paid prior to Check-in

Card Fees: All bookings paid by card will incur a 1.036% card transaction fee

 VI. Cancellations

No-refund Policy: Olivias Accommodation has a non-refundable cancellation policy

 VII. Special Requests

Special Requests: Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply

 VIII. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or service offerings. When we make changes to the policy, we will revise the "effective date" at the bottom of this document and take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our booking practices.
